She is an experienced arts and culture manager, having worked both nationally and internationally on a range of festivals and cultural programmes. Mo read PPE at the University of Oxford and is currently undertaking a PhD exploring the sustainability of Arts and Culture programmes in areas of economic disadvantage and deprivation. She is a lecturer, public speaker and a commentator on TV and radio where she regularly reviews the newspapers for Sky News, Times Radio and BBC Five Live.
