Talbot Manvel

Mr. Manvel is a retired naval officer. He graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy and ARI's Objectivist Academic Center. He has earned two master's degrees: one from Naval Postgraduate School in mechanical engineering and one from St. John's College of Annapolis and their Great Books program where he studied Frederick Douglass.
