Adam Mossoff

Presented at: ARI Roundtable

Date: Oct 30, 2021

Objectivist intellectuals have long faced stiff opposition in their attempt to gain a foothold in academic institutions. But influencing the culture for the better depends on their doing so. Where can we find models of success?

Professor Mossoff is a recognized expert on intellectual property law. He has published numerous articles in academic journals, filed a plethora of amicus briefs on pending litigation, and testified several times before Congress.

In our conversation, we'll discuss the current scope and impact of Professor Mossoff's work. We'll also talk about the path he took through academic philosophy to reach his current position in law, and how he first developed his interest in Ayn Rand’s ideas.
