The subject of the Parenting Workshop was “Aspects of Objective Parenting—Emotional Develop- ment”. Steven Rogers gave an introduction to the topic, followed by John Withrow who described some basic childhood emotions that are most often mishandled by parents, followed by Gail Withrow who presented the case for encouraging verbal expression of emotions, and Brandy Rogers who de- scribed ways parents can encourage acceptable ways for the acting out of emotions. Steven Rogers finished the talk with a brief summary.
