Dr. Rosman defines what mental health is and he illustrates how to achieve it by integrating ideas with actions. He discusses how to form healthy habits that will last a lifetime, including how to continually monitor one's progress towards a better state of mental health. The course demonstrates how to integrate one's values and how to achieve enduring happiness as a result.
