In this lecture, Dr. Adalja will explore the Covid-19 pandemic from multiple perspectives: as a clinician treating patients; as a pandemic subject matter expert examining and developing public health policy; and as a communicator of complex scientific concepts to the general public. A particular focus of the talk will be on the early days of the pandemic and how the trajectory in the U.S. was predictable early on.
