Josh Umbehr is a family practice physician and the founder of AtlasMD, a direct primary care medical practice in Wichita, Kansas. He launched AtlasMD on September 2, 2010 with the goal of shrugging off the burdens and restrictions of government and insurance regulation in order to focus solely on patients and their needs. He has helped more than 700 doctors adopt the direct primary care model.
