Dr. Kizilov, DPhil (Oxford 2007), is assistant at the Foundation for the Support and Development of Jewish Culture, Traditions, Education and Science in Moscow. He is the author of the first academic biography of Ayn Rand in Russian, which was published in Moscow in 2020.
