In 1998, Nicholas Provenzo founded the Center for the Advancement of Capitalism. Through his work at the Center, Provenzo established and led advocacy programs in defense of victims of the governmental violation of individual rights in areas including antitrust, fundamental tax reform, property rights, environmental legislation, genetic research, and the Elián Gonzalez immigration case.
