Robert C. Richardson, Brigadier General USAF, Ret., a graduate of the National War College, has served as Deputy Chief of Staff for Science and Technology in the USAF Systems Command and subsequently as Deputy Commander Atomic Weapons and Training in the Defense Atomic Support Command, Sandia Base, N.M. Since 1981, he has worked with Lt. General Daniel Graham in High Frontier Inc., an organization dedicated to the development of effective defenses against Soviet Missiles and to the early civil and military exploitation of space. Gen. Richardson is currently Deputy Director of High Frontier.
