Dr. Packer is an attorney, and a Ph.D. in clinical psychology. She has been in private practice as a psychotherapist for eighteen years. She has lectured on psychology and psychotherapy in the United States and Canada and has been published on these subjects in The Objectivist Forum. Dr. Packer is a member of the Board of Directors of the Ayn Rand Institute and is a trustee of The Foundation For The New Intellectual.
